How does pickup work?
Send us a WhatsApp with your hotel or villa name and your room number. Our courier picks up your laundry for free, brings it back to our shop, and weighs it precisely. We send you a photo of the scale and the price before we start. Unlike many laundries in Bali, we don't round up the weight. 1.9 kg means 1.9 kg, not 2.
What if I'm not at the hotel during pickup?
No problem! Just leave your laundry bag with the concierge or front desk at your hotel. Take a quick photo of the bag and send it to us on WhatsApp. We coordinate directly with hotel staff for a smooth handover, so you don't need to wait around. Enjoy your day, we'll take care of the rest.
How fast can I get my clothes back?
As fast as 3 hours with our Express service. Fast (6 hours) and Normal (24 hours) are also available at lower rates. We'll let you know the realistic pickup time when you message us.
What about delicate or special items?
Just flag any delicate items when you message us, and we'll handle them with extra care. We wash each order separately, never mixed with other customers' laundry.
How do I pay?
Cash, bank transfer, or QRIS, paid on delivery. No deposit, no upfront payment.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum at all. Even less than 1 kg is welcome, we'll still pick up and deliver. You pay precisely for what you give us, no rounding up.
